Absolute nightmare. She held our W-2s for over a year. When I called and asked about it she said they were already late and if we were not getting letters from the IRS not to worry. After holding our information for over a year she sent them back saying she did not have time to do them. She will not take or answer my calls and I have no idea why. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
